- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers

- To deliver your gallery and related services
- To send booking confirmations and invoices

05 Photo Usage
Unless explicitly restricted in writing, we may use a selection of your images in our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time — email us with "Photo Opt-Out" in the subject line.
06 Data Retention
We retain booking and contact records for 7 years as required for tax purposes. Galleries are available for 90 days after delivery. After that, we recommend you download and back up your images.
07 Your Rights

08 Cookies
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party tracking cookies. No remarketing pixels.
