Event photography in Terrace and Northern BC by one photographer. Current packages: Event Gold, 2 hours, up to 60 photos for $550 CAD; Event Platinum, 4 hours, up to 100 photos for $995 CAD; Event Diamond, 8 hours, up to 180 photos for $1,800 CAD. See the package details below for inclusions.
02 What's included
- Event Gold: 2 hours, up to 60 photos with retouching, $550 CAD, delivered in 5 business days, 90-day gallery
- Event Platinum: 4 hours, up to 100 photos with retouching, $995 CAD, delivered in 5 business days, 90-day gallery
- Event Diamond: 8 hours, up to 180 photos with retouching, $1,800 CAD, delivered in 7 business days, 90-day gallery

Delivery.Ready in 5 business days after the shoot. Private gallery open 90 days.

- RAW files and unedited photos
- Extra edited photos: $20 each
- Extra retouching you ask for (for example body reshaping): quoted first
- Rush delivery: $75
- Travel past the first 40 km each way: $0.28/km ($20 minimum)
- Extra time on the day: $150/hour, in half-hour blocks
Changes.One round of small changes within 7 days of delivery. Bigger changes are quoted first.
Licence.Personal use: print and share with family and friends, including your personal social media. Booking for a business or team? You get business use for the purpose on your agreement. Starts when paid in full; SS8 keeps copyright.

03 You receive
- Private gallery of edited photos
- Full-resolution and web files
- Non-exclusive organizer use for website, social media, press releases and event reports
04 Add-ons & extras
- Colour, light and exposure editing. People sessions (portraits, headshots, weddings, events) also include removing stray hair and smoothing skin. Body reshaping and object removal are quoted separately.
- Your online gallery stays open for 90 days after delivery.
- Travel: outside the included area is quoted before you book.
- Extra photo: $20 each.
- One round of small changes within 7 days of delivery.
- Rush delivery: $75.
- Extra hour: $150 per hour, only on the shoot day when you ask us to keep shooting past the booked time. Billed in half-hour blocks on your final balance, and never charged for our delay or setup and pack-up.

What do the event packages cost?
Event Gold is $550 CAD for 2 hours and up to 60 photos; Event Platinum is $995 CAD for 4 hours and up to 100 photos; Event Diamond is $1,800 CAD for 8 hours and up to 180 photos. One photographer covers the agreed scope.
Can you deliver social highlights the same day?
Event Gold: 5 business days; Event Platinum: 5 business days; Event Diamond: 7 business days. Confirm the final delivery date before booking.
Can you cover multiple days or stages?
Multi-day festivals need a custom schedule and quote. One photographer cannot cover simultaneous stages; we agree on priority moments with the organizer.
