Booking a date within a few days of the shoot adds a short-notice fee. We show it before you confirm.
Delivery and access. Estimated delivery is counted from the day after the shoot. Timing pauses while we wait for your payment, choices or feedback. We tell you if it changes. Sign the agreement before viewing photos. Pay the final invoice in full before downloading final files.
Your gallery. It stays open for 90 days after delivery. Please save your own copies. After 90 days, contact us and we will help you get your photos back.
Your permission to use the photos. It begins after full payment, has no end date and belongs to you. It does not give you exclusive rights. You may not resell the photos or grant rights to others. For agreed business use, your printer, agent or designer may use them for you. Other uses need separate written permission. You may crop, resize and adjust colour for normal use. SS8 keeps copyright.
Other costs. Location hire, permits and entry fees are paid by you. Ferries and overnight stays are charged at cost. We quote these before your date is confirmed. Extra crew or work outside the package must be agreed and priced in writing first.
Portfolio choice. You may opt out of SS8 using your photos in its portfolio and marketing. Tell us at any time. The Client Agreement explains consent for people shown in photos, cancellation and date changes.
