Current packages: Property Gold, 1 hour, up to 25 photos for $275 CAD; Property Platinum, 2 hours, up to 40 photos for $375 CAD; Property Diamond, 3 hours, up to 55 photos for $525 CAD. - Property Gold: 1 hour, up to 25 photos with retouching, $275 CAD, delivered in 1 business day when scheduling allows, 90-day gallery
- Property Platinum: 2 hours, up to 40 photos with retouching, $375 CAD, delivered in 2 business days, 90-day gallery
- Property Diamond: 3 hours, up to 55 photos with retouching, $525 CAD, delivered in 2 business days, 90-day gallery

Delivery.Ready in 1 business day after the shoot when scheduling allows. Private gallery open 90 days.

- Extra retouching you ask for (for example body reshaping): quoted first
- Rush delivery: $75
- Travel past the first 40 km each way: $0.28/km ($20 minimum)
- More time: move up to the next package
- Staging or cleaning; a return visit is a new booking
